We announce the death of Ralph Richard Bailiff (North East, Maryland), who passed away on October 12, 2026, at the age of 71. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore R. Bailiff, Sr. and Bessie Lowe Bailiff; his brothers, Theodore R. Bailiff, Jr. (Ted), George Bailiff and John Miller Bailiff; and his nephew David Bailiff.
He is survived by: his brother Jacob C. Bailiff; his sister-in-law Marilyn P. Bailiff; and his nieces and nephews, Marnie Bailiff of Bay View, Karen Davis of Cecilton, Laura Bailiff Tracy (VA), Sean Ruedi and Jacob Christian Bailiff.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Crouch Funeral Home (127 S Main St, North East, MD 21901). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
