He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Miller and Pearl Miller (Rakes); and his daughter Jane Louise Miller. He is survived by: his wife Loretta K. Miller (Grove); his children, Brenda Larsen (Edward) of Colora, MD, Jennifer Stemple of Colora, MD, Abigail Miller of Calvert, MD and Ralph R. Miller (Lisa) of Port Deposit, MD; his siblings, Mildred McMillan of Newark, DE, Eleanor Yates of Newark, DE. and Carl Miller of Spring Hill, FL.; and his half-brother Robert Miller of Calvert, MD.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
