She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Cook and Louise Cook; her husband Charles Lee "Jim" Karschner; her daughter Carolyn Frances Patrick; her grandchildren, Jennifer Nichole McKinney and Charles Lee Karschner; and her great grandchild Ariana Roslyn Barber.
She is survived by: her son-in-law William H. Patrick (Carolyn) of North East, MD; and her children, Charlotte Miller (Rick) of Rising Sun, MD, Charles Karschner (Theresa) of Greeneville, TN, Connie Henry (Craig) of Strasburg, PA, Calvin Karschner, Sr. (Joyce) of Perryville, MD and Christopher Karschner, Sr. (Vicki) of North East, MD. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
