“To the Aleshire family: I am the mother of one of Rusty's friends, Kim McColl. Rusty came to our house a number of times to visit Kim and her boyfriend. I was immediately impressed by his sweet nature and friendliness. I really liked Rusty. I will always remember him as the only person ever terrified by our big black shepherd. It was actually cute. He heard the dog barking, and immediately put a step stool between him and our dog. He was a sweetie, and I'm truly sorry for your loss.”
