Stephen Eugene Brown Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Eugene Brown of North East, Maryland, born in Elkton, Maryland, who passed away on May 14, 2022 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Linda Ritzel Halsey (Roger) of Elkton, MD and Eugene Brown; his wife Denise Criddle Brown; his children, Stephen Brown, Jr. of Rising Sun, MD, Joseph Brown of Rising Sun, MD and Kristen Frederick of Elkton, MD; his mother-in-law Debi "Rooster" Criddle; his siblings, Jeffrey Halsey of North East, MD and Susan Johnston (Mark) of Newark, DE; his grandchildren, Jason, Hailey, Chloe, Chance and Loki; and his grandparents, Dora Brown, John and Alice Ritzel. He was also cherished by four nieces; two nephews; numerous cousins that he was very fond of, and several aunts and uncles.
