He was predeceased by: his father William Ball; and his niece Samantha. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Ball of North East, MD; and his siblings, Curtis (Paula) of Elkton, MD and Elizabeth Perkins (Kevin). He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews, and five great-nephews.
