He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Smith and Helen Smith (Rogers). He is survived by: his wife Sheree Smith; his children, Lisa Wright (Dave) of Westernport, MD, Vaughn Smith Jr. of Clayton, DE and Nicholas Baffone IV (Nicole) of Elkton, MD; and his sisters, Arlene Elliott and Linda Rodgers. He is also survived by six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Crouch Funeral Home (127 S Main St, North East, MD 21901). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bay Church (2256 Pulaski Hwy, North East, MD 21901). A burial will be held on Monday, August 25th 2025 at the Gilpin Manor Memorial Park (198 Appleton Rd, Elkton, MD 21921).
