Flora Lutai (Huang) Chang Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Flora Lutai (Huang) Chang of North Potomac, Maryland, who passed away on January 11, 2023 at the age of 75. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Flora Lutai (Huang) Chang to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Hui Huang and Soonyin Huang (Szetu); her children, Michael and Mary; her husband Alfred; and her sisters, Bella and Diana (Wei). She was also cherished by two brothers, three sisters, a brother-in-law, three sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
Because this is an indoor gathering, we strongly encourage wearing masks during the memorial and COVID testing the day of the memorial to keep vulnerable and older attendees safe.
