We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2024, at the age of 66, I-Ming Chen of North Potomac, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his wife Chien-Fien Chen (Hedy Chen); his mother Li-Chieh Chen; his daughter Becky Chen Ziegel; his son-in-law Kurt Ziegel; and his grandsons, Henry Kai Ziegel and Dylan James Ziegel.
