She was predeceased by : her parents, Catherine Rebecca Steemer Carter of West Chester and Howard Earl Carter of Philadelphia; and her husband Charlie (Charlie). She is survived by : her children, Beverly (John) of Maryland, Denise (Roger) of Florida, Bonnie of Mexico, Charles (Mikaele) of Pennyslvania and David (Jacalyn) of California. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family.
