She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lockman and Anna Lockman; her husband Frank Picciotto; and her sister Darlene Buxenstein. She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa Giudice-Brown and Christine Giudice-Beard (Shawn Eric Beard); her grandchildren, Olivia Giselle Brown, Hannah Reese Brown, Madison Gail Beard and Ashlynn Grace Beard; and her sibling's children, Greg Buxenstein, Glen Buxenstein and Gary Buxenstein.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc. (9705 Belair Rd, Nottingham, MD 21236). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
