He is survived by : his children, Christina Novak and Scott Miller; his grandchildren, Madison Sheppard, Shawn Sheppard, Ryan Miller and Hunter Miller; his siblings, Carl Miller (Mary Carol), William "Billy" Miller and Ruth Miller; his former life partner Kathleen Thurman; and also Gary. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
