He was predeceased by: his parents, Gwen Bollack (Funari) and Henry Bollack; and his grandmother Mamie Funari. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann (Sanphillipo); his daughter Jackie (Mark Schneidman); and his grandchildren, Nicholas and Emma.
