We announce the death of David Alan Hanna Sr. (Nottingham, Maryland), who passed away on October 6, 2026, at the age of 71. David will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He is survived by: his son Adam; his wife Laura; his children, David Jr. (Dennise), Amie Durr (Hap) and Christopher (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Theo, Sally, Anastasia, Isabella, Gabriella, Richie, Elizabeth, Matthew, Sebastian, Zoey, Maddy and Connor; his great grandchildren, Declan and Campbell; and his sister Sharon Daugherty (Earl). He is also survived by brother-in-law and uncle to his many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Perry Hall United Methodist Church (9515 Belair Rd, Nottingham, MD 21236).
In lieu of flowers, Dave would be honored to have donations made in his name to the church and food pantry he was so devoted to.
