He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Sr. Eberwein and Miriam Eberwein. He is survived by: his wife Pam Eberwein; his child Shannon Burns (Chip); his grandchildren, Faith, Wyatt and Cole; his siblings, Gerry, Peggy, Genene, Terry (Bobby) and Robbie (Denise); and his sibling-in-law Terry (George). He is also survived by his loving nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
