She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Lyle Schurtz and Mary Elizabeth Rosine Schurtz; her brother David Lyle Schurtz (Cynthia Winkleman Schurtz); her nephew David Ryan Schurtz; and her niece Anneliese Schurtz. She was also cherished by four great-nephews and one great-niece.
