He was predeceased by: his siblings, Chuck Elliott, Nancy Hiatt and Betsy Crane; and his parents, Charles Elliott and Isabel Elliott.
He is survived by: his wife Jeri Elliott; his sons, David Elliott (Nicol) and Brian Elliott (Allison); his grandchildren, Evan, Raley, Kelsey, Blake and Dylan; and his brother-in-law Dick Musch (Nancy).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Tim's memory to St. Michael Lutheran Church, 9534 Belair Rd., Nottingham, MD 21236.
