He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Middlecamp; his children, Chris Middlecamp, Erin Middlecamp (Dave), Ryan Middlecamp (Ashley) and Garrett Middlecamp (Brianna); his grandchildren, Camryn, Cooper, Thatcher, Cole, Cara, Lucas, Myah, Maddison, Mia, Hayden and Colter; his mother Pat Middlecamp; and his siblings, Donald Middlecamp (Kim), Steven Middlecamp and Amy Middlecamp. He is also survived by his loving nieces, nephews, and many friends.
