She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Evelyn Warnick; her husband Clarence "Henry" Collins; and her daughter Tammy Collins. She is survived by: her children, William Collins, Kenny Collins (Amy) of Deer Park, Patricia Hinebaugh (Philson) of Oakland and Craig Collins (Diana) of Deer Park. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
