With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Brian Flanagan (Oakland, Maryland), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 15, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Ruleman Flanagan and Mary Virginia Hinkle; his brothers, Jerry, Rudolph and James; and his sister-in-law Martha.

He is survived by: his daughter Mary Elizabeth (Bryce); his wife Kimberly Scott; his pet Molly; his brothers, Gary (Constance) and Leslie (Kathy); his sisters-in-law, Anita and Cheryl; his sons, Spencer Flanagan (Kaitlyn) and Benjamin Flanagan (Katherine); and his grandchildren, Logan, Blake and Colton. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
