He is survived by: his wife Rachel Mae Kisner (McRobie); his children, Richard Alan Kisner (Cindy) of Terra Alta, WV and Shirley Ann LaRue (Leslie); his grandchildren, Joshua (Brandi), Cody, Lisa, Jennifer, Christopher, Emily, Maria, Jonathan, Matthew, Lydia Jean, Michael and Jerry; and his great grandchildren, Remington, Ember, Dakota, John Jr., Kohen, Levi, Silas, Ginny, Storm, Drew, William, Madeline and Peyton.
