He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah H. Wilt-Madigan and Laura Marie Wilt-Madigan (Sweitzer); his former wife Vera Wilt; and his wife Norma Wilt (Bowman). He is survived by: his stepfather Charles "Bud" Madigan; and his stepdaughters, Connie Bowman Wilson (Kelly) of Grafton, WV and Charlotte Bowman Warnick (Mike) of Bittinger. He is also survived by extended family and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Deer Park United Methodist Church, 81 Church St., Oakland, MD 21550.
