She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. J. C. Skipper and Nora Skipper (Friend); her husband Patrick H. Harvey; her grandson Wyatt Harvey; her great grandchild Cheyanne Harvey; and her siblings, Ireta Sweitzer, Iris Skipper, Cody Skipper, Sibre Skipper and Clester Skipper.
She is survived by: her sons, Rev. Carroll Harvey (Sharon), Jeffrey Harvey and Jonathan Harvey; her grandchildren, Nathan Harvey (Chelsea), April Hebden (Skyler), Alisha Harvey and Dalton Harvey; and her great grandchildren, Promise Harvey, Addison Harvey and Hailey Hebden. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hi-Way Assembly of God (3634 Kitzmiller Rd, Kitzmiller, MD 21538). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
