It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Estel Judy of Oakland, Maryland, who passed away on June 29, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Judy and Julia Judy; his wife Peggy Sue Judy; his brother Ivan Judy; and his siblings-in-law, Joy Ann Judy, Ollie Judy, Paul Hedrick, Alva Nelson and Norman Landis.
He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Steyer, Wanda Riggleman, Thelma Nelson, Virgil Judy (Regina), Olen Judy and Bob Judy (Linda); and his close friends, Steve Graham, Blaney Sproul and Richard Souch. He is also survived by 5 nieces, 7 nephews, and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
