She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Dunbar and Vera Dunbar (Adams); her husband Charles E. Shahan; her brother Thomas Dunbar; her sisters-in-law, Francis Dunbar and Barbara Dunbar; and her close friend Louis Ricci.
She is survived by: her son Charles E. Shahan Jr. (Beverly); her grandchildren, Dionne Bolyard (Bobby), Scott Shahan (Erin) and Michael Shahan (Katie); her great grandchildren, Haylee Lipscomb (Aron), McKenna Ragione (Brody), Tristan Shahan and Kendall Shahan; her great great grandchildren, Carter, Kamden, Colsen Lipscomb, Adalynn and Harper Ragione; and her caregivers, Brenda, Nancy, Robin and Katie.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Garrett County or Cindy's Fund.
