She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Joseph and Emily Amelia Paugh (Evans); her husband Albert Garlitz; her siblings, Leon Paugh, Jerry Paugh, Leo Paugh and Velda Paugh; and her great grandchild Brandon Beckman.
She is survived by: her daughter Rita Garlitz of Mtn; her stepgrandchildren, Charlie Birchland (Sherry) of Elk Garden, Jennifer Dalton (Randy) of Oakland and Scott Johnson of Oakland; her great grandchildren, Julie Keefer, Johnathan, Kaitlyn DeWitt, Shawn, Zach, Abigail Beckman, Justin, Trenton, Linzie Darr, Gunner Armstrong, Alyssa, Alex Sweitzer, Gracelynn Bircher, Andrew, Alura and Brooklyn Shillingburg; her stepgreat-grandsons, Noah and Bentley Birchland; her great great grandchildren, Parker Armstrong and Saffhire Rose Joseph; and her siblings, Robert Paugh (Waltraud) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Bernadine Evans of Keyser and Nolan "Bud" Paugh (Gloria) of Deer Park.
