He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester E. Jones and Edna L. Jones (Sager); and his brothers, Samuel Jones, Glenn Jones and Eugene "Snuffy" Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane "Janie" Jones (Sharpless); his children, Paul Jones (Tonia), Mary Ann Rose (John), David Jones (Lou Ann Kitzmiller) and Jared Jones (Ashley); his grandchildren, Adam Jones (Megan), Jacob Jones, Lillia, Brooke Rose, Olivia, Scarlet, Avalynn Jones and Madison Kitzmiller; his sisters, Wilma Reed (Earl) and Velma Kifer (Ronnie); his sister-in-law Jean Jones; and his close friend Mike Brennan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
