He was predeceased by: his parents, John Glenwood McBee and Evalyn Leona McBee (Clark); his wife Patricia Gwen McBee; his son James Leo "Jimmy" McBee; his brother Ken McBee; and his sister-in-law Thelma Rae DeWitt.
He is survived by: his daughter Gwen Evans (Mel) of Oakland; his granddaughters, Brianna Graham (Austin) of Oakland and Bethany Wesolowski (Zach) of Oakland; his great grandchildren, Oscar Reid and Judah James Graham; and his siblings-in-law, Cosette Harman (Edgar) and Allan DeWitt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations in Leo's name may be given to a charity of one's choice.
