She is survived by: her husband Michael Allan Thayer; her son Marshall Lee Thayer (Cassie Sites) of Oakland; her grandchildren, Willow Ann Thayer and Morrison Lee Thayer; her sister Gloria Tayloe of Washington County, MD; and her sisters-in-law, Sonja Fisher of High Point, NC, Mary Fisher of Greensboro, NC and Judy Fisher of Winchester, VA.
