He is survived by: his wife Dixie D. Moore (Shaffer); his son Charles Moore; his grandchildren, Jessica Morris, Jamie Yommer and Thomas Simms; and his great grandchildren, Allison Morris, Amariah Morris, Silvia Johnson, Alex Yommer and Nathaniel Simms.
