He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Lewis and Juanita Lewis (Rexroad); his son Jeffery Lewis; his siblings, Delores Murphy, Clifford Lewis and Ed Lewis; and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Lewis and Violet Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lewis (Richter); his daughter-in-law Melinda Lewis; his grandchildren, Evan and Serena Lewis; his siblings, Ron Lewis, Connie Lewis and Bob Lewis (Janice); and his brother-in-law Harold Murphy.
