He is survived by: his children, LouAnn Hornsby (Roger), Sam Dick, Jr. (Tina), Scott Dick (Mary) and Nancy Watts (David); his granddaughter Ann; his brother Warren "Skip" Dick (Virginia); his nieces, Susan Kennedy (Wade), Linda Abraham (Roger) and Jodi White (Jim); Rob Colaw (Courtney) and Susan Colaw. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
