He was predeceased by: his wife Elisabeth Baur Skipper of Eselsburg, Germany; his parents, Arden Weaver Skipper and Pauline Mayle Skipper of Oakland; and his sister Sandra Glass of Gaithersburg, MD.. He is survived by: his children, Michael Skipper and Susane Harrison; his son-in-law Richard Harrison; his grandson Jadon Harrison; and his brother Gary Lynn Skipper. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fredlock & Fenner Funeral Homes (21 N 2nd St Ext, Oakland, MD 21550). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rocky Drean Church (833 Bray School Rd, Oakland, MD 21550).
