He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ennalls Roszell Jr. and Mary O'Donnell Roszell; his son Jeff Roszell; and his sisters, Lavina Eades and Doris Wampler.
He is survived by: his sons, William Roszell IV (Susanne) of Oakland and Edward Roszell (Brenda) of Friendsville; and his grandson Ryan Roszell (Macey) of Oakland.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Crossroads Church (17781 Garrett Hwy, Oakland, MD 21550).
