He was predeceased by : his parents, James Benjamin Skinner and Pearl Ellen Skinner (Breeze); his wife Carol Skinner (Johnston); and his sisters, Lorraine Skinner Temple and Norma Jean Skinner Harlan.
He is survived by : his daughters, Barbara Andersen (Tor) and Breezy Kammermeier (Richie); his grandchild Remy Andersen; and his pet Beanie.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Burbage Funeral Home - Berlin (108 Williams St, Berlin, MD 21811).
