He is survived by: his parents, Charles Edward Porter Jr. and Vanessa Mary Porter; his brothers, Carl Porter (Colleen) of Virginia Beach and Dennis Porter (Stacey) of Ocean View, Delaware; his nieces and nephews, Casey, Cody, Hannah, Ariana, Charlotte and Riley; and his aunts, Debbie Guzik (Frank Jr.) of Glen Burnie and Raschelle Fletcher of Glen Burnie.
