She was predeceased by : her parents, Norman Downey and Mary Palughi (Downey); her daughter Marlene C. Fultz; and her brother Norman "Kenneth" Downey. She is survived by : her husband Joseph A. Carlino; her children, Henry D. Fultz (Dianne) of Seminole, FL, Mary L. Collier (Benjamin) of Yorktown, VA and Michael R. Fultz (Cynthia) of Whaleyville, MD.; her siblings, Joyce Bell (Denny), Linda Oliver (Bill), Lois Bowen (Danny) and Charles Palughi; and her grandchildren, Jason Fultz, Jesse Fultz, Jennifer Fultz, Amber Collier, Benjamin Collier, Jr., Michael Fultz, Joseph Fultz and Darcie Whitaker. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and great friends.
