He was predeceased by : his parents, George Dewey Willard and Mary Jane Willard (Lynch); his wife Retha Willard; his grandson Kasey James Willard; and his siblings, John Willard, Harry Willard, Charles Willard and Florence Klein.
He is survived by : his children, Kevin Willard (Teresa) and Kimberly Willard; his stepsons, Leroy Klag, Jr. and David Klag; his granddaughter Rachael Price; and his sisters, Margaret "Sandy" Day and Virginia Pearce. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
