She was predeceased by: her parents, Cedric Ostrom and Anna Elizabeth Ostrom (Chickering); her husband Jennings B. Cassidy; her sons, Christopher Beckmann and Mark Beckmann; and her sisters, Virginia Wicks and Elizabeth Faulks.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Beckman (Susan) of Colorado Springs, CO, Elaine Welsch (James) of Broomfield, CO, Cynthia Simmons (David) of North Bergen, NJ and Jennifer Stover (Bob) of Berlin, MD; and her stepchildren, Edward Cassidy (Felix), Richard Cassidy (Rochelle), Pam Cassidy, Cindy Jane Cassidy, Becky Wolfe, Patti Swank (Bob) and Michael Cassidy (Lisa). She is also survived by twenty-eight grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Taylorville Christian Church Cemetery (11252 Adkins Rd, Berlin, MD 21811).
