He is survived by: his wife Betty Williams (Payne); his daughter Stephanie Walkley (David); his grandchildren, Natalie Ann Palmatary, Gabriela Victoria Williams, Logan Kole Williams and Brandon Cross Williams; and his daughter-in-law Lisa Williams.
