He is survived by: his wife Pratima Singh; his daughters, Chandra Kumar, Anupma Singh, Anjana Singh and Dr. Rakhi Singh; his grandchildren, Pratibha Kumar, Arjun Shivraj Kumar, Milana Singh Alarcon, Lara Marie Alarcon and Riyana Singh Aulakh; his sons-in-law, Pramod Kumar, Dr. Anthony James Alarcon and Ramnik Singh Aulakh; and his granddaughter-in-law Mira Nicole Sethi.

Singh's philanthropic work through his Save Life Foundation supported multiple local and international efforts.
