He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruno Calvillo and Maria Calvillo; his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Castro; and his siblings, Pete Castro and Grace Castro.

He is survived by: his children, Veronica Castro, Mia Painter, Guy Castro and Brenda Wallace (Joseph); his grandchildren, Jordan (Esmeralda), Luke, Faith, Ava, Olivia, Sofia, Christopher and Gracie; his great grandchild Santiago; and his sister Mary Ellen Ornalis (Steve).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks to make memorial contributions to the Vietnam Veterans of America and an animal charity of your choice.
