It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Eva Bell (Odenton, Maryland), born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on December 24, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Bell. She is survived by: her children, Linda Ostiguy (Danny), Roy Bell Jr., Michael Bell, Donna Bell, Ann Schmith and Mary Silva (Tom); her grandchildren, Shannon, Danny, Lauren, Jennifer, Michael, Lindsey and Ryan; and her great grandchildren, Edward, Adam and Joseph.
