He was predeceased by: his parents, Fletcher Pack and Jessie Pack; his wife Sherry; and his siblings, Sadie, Mildred and Herbert.

He is survived by: his sons, Terry Pack of Odenton and Kelly Pack (Kristy) of Glen Burnie; his siblings, Johnny Pack of Archer, FL, Donald Pack (Ina) of Radford, Butch Pack (Marsha), Clifton Pack (Helen) of Dublin, Linda Andrews (Billie), India Wilson, Wanda Jones of Pulaski, Barbara (Bobbie) and Weddle (Junior) of Radford; his grandchildren, Dalton (Kirsten), Tanner, Riley, Fletcher and Eden Pack; his great grandchildren, Braelyn, Croix, Easton and Bodhi; and his legged little girl Daisy. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
