He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Agueda and Aracelis Agueda; and his siblings, Carmen, Asteria and Baltazar.

He is survived by: his wife Carmen; his daughters, Gloriana Agueda, Emily Agueda, Johanna Agueda and Cristina Agueda (David MacFarlane); his granddaughters, Carley AguedaDivens, Marlynn Harrison, Lily Agueda and Isabela Horton; and his siblings, Brigida and Salvi. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, loved ones, and friends.
