She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry and Myrtle McCrea; and her husband William Dennis Smallwood (Bill). She is survived by: her sons, Deron and Darnell Smallwood; and her siblings, John Henry McCrea, Jr. (Darlene), Joseph Jones, Jr., Rodman Jones, Karen Gray (Rodney), Jeri Lynn Connor and Terri Jones McMillian (Mark). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
