She was predeceased by: her parents, George Stinchcomb and Nettie Stinchcomb; her husband Howard N. Phelps Sr. (Hallie); and her son Robert J.. She is survived by: her son Howard N. Phelps Jr.; her daughter-in-law Carolyn Doerk; her grandchildren, Ashlee Musial (Roger) and Kyle Phelps (Izabel); and her siblings, Jeff, Judy and Albert Stinchcomb.
