We are sad to announce that on July 25, 2025, at the age of 79, Norman Hancock of Odenton, Maryland, born in Indian Head, Maryland passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Norman Hancock to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his wife Delsie Tutwiler Hancock; his children, Bryan Hancock (Maryanne Quinn Hancock) and Laura Blough (Adam Blough); his sister Susan Hancock; and his grandsons, Will Hancock, Hugh Hancock and Jackson Blough.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Fields Roman Catholic Church (1070 Cecil Ave S, Millersville, MD 21108). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Historic Buildings and Grounds Fund at the University of Virginia.
