He was predeceased by: his mother Paula "Polly" F. Oxenford; and his brother Russell "Rusty" K. Oxenford. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patti" Lynch Oxenford; his father William J. Oxenford Jr.; his children, William "Billy" Oxenford of Odenton, MD, Brandon Oxenford of Abingdon, MD and Brianna "Bri" Oxenford of Parkville, MD.; his sister Sharon Huss (Robert) of West Chester, PA; his sister-in-law Terri Oxenford Petro of Earleville, MD; and his aunts, Elizabeth "Betty" Dallaire (Al) and Marjorie "Margie" Hamilton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
