He is survived by: his mother Glenna Slider (Whorton); his wife Ula Kay Slider; his children, Dillon Slider (Heather McMillan), Alex Cooper, Tyler Cooper (Angelina), Stacy Crowe (Derek), Cody Kight (Lyndsay) and Colten Keech; his grandchild River Cooper; his grandparents, Saleena, Stella Crowe, Sawyer Kight, Dalton Slider, Lacy and Eddie; his brothers, Donald Slider (Sandy), Doug Slider and Darren Slider (Mandy); his siblings' children, Alexis Luczejko (Zach) and Mattie Cross (Kevin); his great-niece Collette; his siblings' children, Brock Slider and Kyleigh Kennedy (John); his great-niece Gracie; his great-nephew John; his siblings' child Shelby Slider; Lainey and Mike Ritchie.
